Karena takes a moment to speak with us about the joys and benefits of yoga on the body and mind, explaining her personal connection to yoga and belief that it can help others. An experienced teacher at the Byron Yoga Lounge, Karena practices Iyengar Yoga (the branch of yoga taught at the lounge).
