Alasdair, who is one of the first people to hold an honours degree in Organic Agriculture, has been passionately involved in the organics industry for over 12 years. He immigrated to Australia in 2005 working within the organic industry at a regulatory level. He went on to manage Australia’s largest organic sweetcorn and sweet potato farm in far North Queensland and now runs Munch Crunch Organics in Byron. He sells his produce at the local growers markets and also offers a home delivery service.
